Ultrasonic Wall Thickness Measurement & Corrosion Detection
Master ultrasonic inspection techniques for wall thickness measurement and corrosion detection in steel and tube materials. Accredited training with in-house examination via Hobéon SKO, in accordance with NEN-EN ISO 9712.
About the course
What can you expect?
Ultrasonic testing is an advanced inspection method that uses high-frequency sound waves to examine the internal structure of materials. By sending these waves through a component and analyzing the reflected signals, imperfections such as cracks, voids, and inclusions can be accurately detected. This approach provides fast, reliable insight into the quality and integrity of assets without compromising the material itself.
- Course duration: 10 days
- Exam duration: 1 day theroy. 1 day practical
- Certification: ISO 9712 & ASNT (in-house exam via Hobéon SKO)
- Language: Dutch (default) English available on request

MME Group has an accredited examination centre. That’s why an in-house examination by Hobéon SKO is possible at the end of the course in accordance with NEN-EN ISO 9712.

- Recertifications or tailor-made courses can always be added to the planning.
- Magnetic Yoke only (MT2-Yoke) is also possible.
